Explore the pristine coastline of the NSW South Coast with our 2025 Trek4TROG

Join us for a stunning hike along the beautiful far south coast of NSW to raise funds to support the vital work of TROG Cancer Research in fighting cancer.
Our Light-to-Light Challenge will take you on a 30 km trek along the spectacular coastline in Beowa National Park, led by an expert guide.  
 
Explore unbridled coastal wilderness, enjoy sunrise and breakfast at Green Cape, and spot wildlife including seals, seabirds and whales.

The Light-to-Light Challenge: What the hike involves
When:  30 October – 2 November 2025 
Where: Initial overnight stay in Merimbula, followed by 30 km walk from Boyd Tower to Green Cape Light House.
The hike:  The Light-to-Light Challenge is graded introductory-to-moderate and involves walking 5-7 hours per day for three days, over varying terrain. All you carry is a day pack.
