If you’re participating in a TROG Cancer Research clinical trial and wish to lodge a complaint, it’s important to know that you have specific rights and avenues to address your concerns.
In the first instance, you have the option to reach out to your study doctor or the designated contact person at the site where you are participating in the study. They are available to provide prompt assistance and address any concerns you may have about the study.
This document, provided during the informed consent process, includes contact details for the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) responsible for reviewing the research study. You can reach out to the HREC to discuss your concerns.
If your concerns are not resolved through the study team or HREC, you can contact us directly.
