Gastrointestinal trials now recruiting

We have 30 years of experience in gastrointestinal cancer trials focusing on radiotherapy as a treatment.

TROG 08.08 (TOP GEAR) - the aim of this trial is to investigate whether pre-operative treatment with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy has a better outcome than chemotherapy alone in patients undergoing surgery for resectable gastric cancer.

Primary sponsor: Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Trials Group (AGITG)
Collaborating groups: TROG; National Cancer Institute of Canada Clinical Trials Group (NCIC CTG); European Organisation for Research & Treatment of Cancer (EORTC); National Health and Medical Research Council Clinical Trials Centre (NHMRC CTC)

TROG 17.03 (LARK) - This study aims to show that incorporating Kilovoltage Intrafraction Monitoring (KIM) in to liver SABR improves treatment accuracy, patient treatment outcomes and treatment efficiency.

Primary sponsor: University of Sydney

Collaborating group: TROG

We are thankful to our 14,500 patients who have participated in our research. Please continue the generous support.
